Maintenance Worker at First Camp

Are you handy, flexible, and ready to make a difference for both colleagues and guests? We are looking for a Maintenance Worker who is passionate about keeping our facilities and outdoor environments in top condition.

Who is First Camp?

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain, which of course requires that our lawns are well-manicured, that all lights are on, and that we constantly care for both the whole and the details. Our destinations would fall into disrepair without our maintenance workers, an incredibly important role at every destination!

What does the role entail?

As a Maintenance Worker at First Camp, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the destination, which includes everything from mowing lawns and changing light bulbs to minor carpentry and property management. You will also handle reports of issues from guests, where your service mindset and ability to quickly step in make a big difference. With a positive and solution-focused attitude, you create security and comfort for everyone who visits us.

Essentially, your tasks will include general maintenance duties, but we also expect you to be flexible and support other areas when needed. We always work with the guests' needs at the center, and as part of our team, you contribute to meeting and solving everyday challenges.

Who are we looking for?

We would like you to have previous experience in maintenance or property management, although it is not a requirement. You are handy, enjoy physical work, and appreciate varied workdays. With an eye for detail and the ability to quickly adapt to new situations, you easily create an overview and prioritize tasks. You see solutions where others see problems and are always ready to deliver that little extra for our guests.

As a person, you are positive and helpful, enjoy being yourself, and appreciate a good team spirit. If you have an education in a relevant field, it is an advantage but not a requirement. We expect you to communicate well in Swedish or English to handle instructions and meet guests in a pleasant and professional manner.

Conditions

We are looking for employees for the summer season 2025 with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
